Discover how everything on Earth is connected and how humans influence these connections.

A recording from the Planetarium show Netwerk Aarde.

In the Habitat Earth presentation, students discover what it means to live in a world where everything is connected.

From the tiniest microorganisms in our soil to whales in the ocean. From space, students explore the impact humans have on Earth and discover what we can do to leave a healthy and sustainable planet for future generations.

Spaceship Earth

Before the programme begins, the educator uses the planetarium system to show where our planet is located in the universe. From space, Earth appears as a fragile, living oasis in the vast cosmos. Many astronauts describe experiencing the unique overview effect after their mission, inspiring them to care for our planet in a more sustainable and responsible way.
