By filling in the form above and clicking the ‘become a friend’ button, you give permission to ARTIS (Plantage Kerklaan 38-40, Amsterdam, The Netherlands, creditor ID-number NL65ZZZ411996940000) to send a continuous assignment for collection to your bank to debit an amount from your account. You hereby give permission to your bank to continuously debit an amount from your account corresponding with the assignment from ARTIS. When you do not agree with the transfer, you can get a refund. In order to settle this, contact your bank within eight weeks after the debit. Ask your bank about the terms and conditions.
