From 5 July to 30 August, ARTIS Zoo is open every Saturday night, with something special to experience every hour until the sun goes down.
Jazz in the zoo
On the iconic Papegaaienlaan, upon entering ARTIS Zoo, young talent from the Conservatorium van Amsterdam sets the tone for the Zoomeravonden. Every Saturday in the late afternoon, you can enjoy a sultry, acoustic jazz session that perfectly matches the relaxed atmosphere of the zoo in the evening. Get carried away by live music as you stroll around past the animals and nature around you.
