Ginton

DJ, producer and guitarist Ginton is known for his unique blend of guitar riffs and catchy beats. From an early age, his musical journey began. He started playing piano when he was eight and later discovered guitar. At the ROtterdam Conservatory, he immersed himself in jazz and developed his own style.

Inspired by legendary artists like Santana, Jimi Hendrix and The Wailers, Ginton went his own way. He broke through internationally as co-producer of “'Tie That Biends”' for global star Drake. This song became a highlight on the platinum-winning and Billboard #1 album Honestly, Nevermind.

Following this success, Ginton worked with big names such as Burna Boy, Rico Nasty, Lojay, Stonebwoy and Ape Drums (Major Lazer). He also produced “'Candid Zone”' (feat. Leon Bridges) for Gordo, a track that reached the #3 position on the Billboard DAnce/Electronic Albums chart.

In 2024, Ginton launched his own label, “'Woody Trees”', a platform for innovative music combining electronic and acoustic styles. The label quickly grew into a springboard for top collaborations with MoBlack, Francis Mercier, Maz and Antdot, and Afro Pop stars Tekno and Mr Eazi, among others.

With his music, Ginton manages to bring different cultures together. His sound proves that music is a universal language that knows no boundaries.
