park rules
For the safety of our visitors and the animals, certain park rules are in effect in Artis. The most important rules are summarised below. The full park rules are provided in the visitor rules and regulations, which apply to every Artis visitor.
- animals in Artis have a special diet and should not be fed
- no smoking in the indoor areas
- no bicycles, skateboards, roller skates, in-line skates, balls or balloons anywhere in or on the Artis grounds
- no pets allowed; this includes guide dogs.
